Daniel Pouldar is a founding member of The Accident Pros. He graduated from Loyola Law School in 2016 and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of cases ranging from catastrophic injury to complex business litigation.
As a former defense attorney, Daniel knows how his opponents operate and uses this experience to out-strategize them to obtain incredible results. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Daniel has aided in securing tens of millions of dollars for his clients, including over $15 million in settlements for a professional athlete who was the subject of a highly complex banking fraud.
Daniel is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, all Texas state courts, and all North Carolina state courts. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association, among other organizations. During his spare time, Daniel enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
