Daniel Pouldar is a founding member of The Accident Pros. He graduated from Loyola Law School in 2016 and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of cases ranging from catastrophic injury to complex business litigation.
As a former defense attorney, Daniel knows how his opponents operate and uses this experience to out-strategize them to obtain incredible results. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Daniel has aided in securing tens of millions of dollars for his clients, including over $15 million in settlements for a professional athlete who was the subject of a highly complex banking fraud.
Daniel is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, all Texas state courts, and all North Carolina state courts. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association, among other organizations. During his spare time, Daniel enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Ilana Zelener spent years defending big corporations in court. Now, she uses that playbook to pursue the maximum recovery for her clients.
Ilana graduated with honors from Loyola Law School in 2016, where she served as Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and externed for the Honorable Margaret Morrow of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
She built her career at Am Law 100 firms, handling complex commercial and consumer litigation in state and federal courts across California and Texas. Ilana has drafted and argued dispositive motions, secured dismissals and summary judgments in multimillion-dollar business disputes, and prepared cases for trial — all of which taught her how insurers and corporate defendants operate. Today, she diligently prepares every case for trial to fight for what clients deserve.
Ilana is a Dallas transplant, born and raised in Los Angeles. She is a native Russian speaker and is conversational in Spanish and Hebrew. Outside the office, Ilana is a devoted mom to three boys and her many furry, feathered, and plant babies. She is also a mahjong enthusiast and a nationally ranked table-tennis player.
