Daniel S. Pouldar, Shareholder
Daniel Pouldar is a founding member of The Accident Pros. He graduated from Loyola Law School in 2016 and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of cases ranging from catastrophic injury to complex business litigation.
As a former defense attorney, Daniel knows how his opponents operate and uses this experience to out-strategize them to obtain incredible results. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Daniel has aided in securing tens of millions of dollars for his clients, including over $15 million in settlements for a professional athlete who was the subject of a highly complex banking fraud.
Daniel is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and all Texas state courts. He is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association, among other organizations.During his spare time, Daniel enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Nathan Behnam, Shareholder
What sets Nathan apart is his unbridled and unadulterated confidence and enthusiasm. Having started his own practice less than a year after graduating law school, Nathan soon found himself representing and defending business litigation clients of all areas, often going up – and coming out successful against – attorneys with vastly more experience by developing a direct, cost-effective technique that focuses on and gets to the heart of each matter. Nathan’s business litigation clientele has included prosecuting and defending on behalf of a wide range of clients and entrepreneurs, including real property developers, restaurants, jewelry retailers, cannabis growers, landlords, tenants, and ambulance companies. Nathan’s practice readily expanded, and he found himself representing Plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury cases, fighting to achieve maximum results for his clients. Taking the same courage and enthusiasm to his expanded practice, Nathan has stood up and fought against insurance companies to achieve maximum compensation for his clients, recovering over hundreds of thousands of dollars. Nathan’s recent successes include:
- Summary Judgment in a complex matter involving breach of contract case and intentional infliction of emotional distress, in which demands for settlement exceeded $5,000,000;
- Summary Adjudication in a matter between an employee and employer in which the employee’s demand exceeded $2,000,000;
- Settlement of $195,000 in a motor vehicle accident
